We want you to love your purchase from Loulou Night. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • With all original tags attached

Items not eligible for return:

  • Lingerie or intimate wear (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Customized or made-to-order products


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

3. Refunds
